Hello, my name is Meredith Carter, and I am excited to introduce you to a little passion project.

Terra Loom was created out of a passion for travel, architecture, art, and home design. When traveling to Morocco, I was inspired by the rich culture, the people, and the colorful textiles that talented artisans created with their own hands. I wanted to find a way to support and empower artisans from all over the world and share their beautiful handmade goods & works of art with others. At Terra Loom, I carefully select textiles and other artisan-made goods that I would proudly display in my own home. A portion of the profits from each purchase is directly reinvested in supporting artisans and their families. My hope is that your home, too, can be filled with art from around the world- whether that be a rug, a basket, or a beautiful throw pillow. Each crafted piece represents a country, culture, family, and a person’s individual story.
